Current compact 26650 lights?

The most compact one I have is the Shadow JM20, really like the little guy. It always fits my smallish hands just right.

JM20

The Trustfire/BLF A8 is fairly compact as well. The Uniquefire UF-2200 is another fine 26650 tube light. But the DQG is by far the smallest, but does not look like a good hand fit to me.

Cheers guys - some interesting stuff there. Plus some of them are really cheap!!!

Sold out for awhile…

Here is my compact 26650 light lineup. I really like the JM20.

The Olight R50 Seeker is a little shorter but has a larger head diameter.

The only two “compact” 26650 lights I know about:
Palight MS600
&
PALIGHT M900-S

If compact is key then I would go with a Strive standard. The JM20 is also good. The JM20 is possibly more solid with better heatsinking but the Strive is smaller, lighter, and has better UI (imo). I have some old DQG’s that I might do something with one day but as mentioned the switch could be better. Are you after a flooder and something with just a little throw?

Klarus G20:

Is your JM20 a different finish to the one you linked to? That looks glossy whilst yours looks matte grey? To my tired old eyes anyway.

Pinkpanda3310 - As for flood or throw? I’m not actually looking to buy one at present, just set this thread away as a discussion to get some ideas.

Charles Lin - both those look quite neat, especially the M900

Cheers all.

Will long protected cells (or even 2x 26350 cells) fit?

To bring data :

BLF D80 (18650) and Olight R50 (26650)

acebeam ec50 gen I and II and ec60?

Sorry don’t know. I only have non-protected 26650’s.

The JM07 and JM20 are not a high gloss light. I think my photo is a more accurate image.

I have some really long protected 26650’s at home. I can check it this evening, but I think they will fit.

I just finished designing out a 26650 that is a triple…with Carclo optic and an AR protective lens. It can be a single just as easy if wanted. It looks like this one will come out just under 5.25”. In the assembly drawing, it is measuring 5.024”. I’ll post some images when these come off the machine. TL

I have two of these BTU PK26 in both tints, cool white and neutral white. They are awesome little lights and shipped form Salt Lake City, Utah. Very reputable seller. Price is great at $56 and very prompt shipping. The light output may even be a little underrated at 2000 lumens. These little bad boys get hot though. If you leave it on turbo until the 120 second step-down it’s pretty warm (will not burn you but you will definitely know it was pushing amps).
This is my favorite small 26650 light ever tested.

Just tested with a RadioShack DEWorld 26650 protected battery, fits with ease!

Any new lights that should be added to this list?

I have a coupla nice Single cell 26650 throwers with good spread.

Imalent DN 35. DN 70.
Can be bought cheaper on tickets Around $60ish.

Slight mod on switches to make them more “feelable”
in the dark is all.

Maybe the Folomov 26650s
