Ancient topic, but since the C8 is still a popular model, why doesn’t anyone sell SS bezels?
TrustFire C8 had it, but that was long ago…
Most likely there are lots of different brands of C8s out there. Even C8s of the same brand are often different when it comes to thread spacing and such. One doesn’t fit all. Convoy would be the best option see if Simon will make some.

I just checked, and the C8s i have (Thorfire, UltraFire, Convoy) have interchangeable bezels, and they’re the same as on Lpower MRV and another side-switch model i have.
They are all the same bezels basically.
That new “Clear” Convoy C8 with a SS bezel would be a sweet light.

It would look fab on a grey one too.

I posted this more than 3 years ago and until today I’m still yet to get the stainless steel bezel for my C8 lol!
Well it’s not something important and that’s why I didn’t look for them very hard, but it would still be cool to have them on my C8 tho.
I think we can all live without the SS bezel, but if it was for sale somewhere i think many of us would buy one or more for our C8s.

oh man during assembly the lens has gotten a bit dirty, could all the demand for his new lights made him hire some people to help get orders out the door before National Holiday?
So now let’s all message him for a stainless steel C8 bezel, sure he’ll appreciate the day off tomorrow
(Don’t get me wrong I like this bezel idea yet there is so much going on for Simon I think one message about it and some faith in J-Dub74 to make it happen down the road should suffice )

I have no experience with doing business, let alone with China.
But if some factory would produce a couple of thousand SS bezels for C8 and similar flashlights, i think (but what do i know) they would sell them all within a year.
Either to factories or as a spare part to webshops.

He said he has no plans for it, yet…
It seems there’s not much enthusiasm here for it either.

Instead of lots of people messaging Simon we should start an interest list, then send that list to Simon.
Guys please don’t forget that I am Simon’s voice here on BLF. I can’t and would not try to stop any of you from sending him messages but please don’t pummel him about this. You show me there is enough interest and I will make it happen. I was excited when I started reading this and then I kept reading and saw all the suggestions to pummel Simon with requests. I hear you and I can help.
Simon is for one thing, on a Chinese holiday right now and for another he does not have nearly enough help. The less he is pummeled with little emails and messages on the same topic, the more he can get done and the more I can make things like this happen. It’s what I do. I’ve been making things happen through Convoy for quite some time now as many of you know. A barrage of others trying to do the same will just mean a ton more work for him to sort through all this.
If there is a common goal like this I can make it happen through Simon and with less stress. I like the idea too. I was on board as soon as I saw the topic and I can make it happen. I’m not judging anyone just telling you what I know based on a ton of experience with Simon what will be most effective.
