A Klarus rep posted on BLF a short while back providing info for those having trouble with Klarus Warranty issues. Turns out, he represents a USA flashlight store based in the great state of Oklahoma.
I had experienced trouble with a Klarus light from China. Long story short, Banggood was very hard to deal with so I threw in the towel and essentially gave up on ever getting a replacement from them. Klarus in Europe never answered my emails. So…. as a last ditch effort, I contacted the rep from FlashlightZ.com
In less than a day, David at FlashlightZ.com had me email him a pic of the serial number on the head of the light and sent me a replacement head out the same day. I couldn’t believe it was so EASY !
Folks, if a Warranty is essential to you (and I know some could care less about Warranty because they want the rock bottom China prices) then you need to check these guys out. As far as I’m concerned, they went above and beyond to replace a defective head on my Klarus torch.
