Odd, how does the driver fit in there? Guess we will have to wait for someone to get one and tear it down. The plus side is that it could be a 17mm driver inbetween the cells but that doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Weird spring/contact arrangement — both springs on the tailcap — and this is for 2 cells in series?
No electrical lockout possible, I’d guess?

I think the cells are parallel.

Come to think of it, it has to be parallel, since it says
Hm, actually interesting, if there’s a way to buy it (without junk charger and batteries bundled)

Texas_Ace:
Freeme, do you have links to these lights? I am almost glad there are not any as they look too tempting.
Also how exactly do you pay for something on taobao without giving them your entire lifes information (which I refuse to do, SS number? um, no way is that happening, or I suppose there is no way for them to check the number, you could put in a fake one maybe?). There are a few things I have wanted to order from taobao but can’t figure out any options to actually pay for them.
Just curious, am I missing something with this post? It was marked as rude.
I don’t think I was being rude but it is usually hard to see your own rudeness.
So is this just someone having a bad day or am I missing something?

Mr. Taobao would take that as rude
I don't see anything there at all - weird.

Yeah, I kinda figured it was just someone having a bad day. Oh well. Back to your regularly scheduled program……
Hm? How do you know a post got dinged as “rude”? You get a notification? The message shows with a blood-red background?
Maybe there is an undercover rep in here from taobao and you hurt their feelings lol

[2016-06-11] Crackdown on rudeness
Update: The Rude! button is now superseded by the Report button. Please read this post for more details:
Hi everyone,
BLF is known as a friendly and welcoming forum, and my intention is for it to stay that way. Fortunately, the vast majority of our users try their best to cooperate with BLF Rule #1 :
However, lately it seems that a small number of BLF users are flagrantly breaking this all-important rule, causing hurt feelings, fights, major headaches for me, and a generally unpleasant …
30-AUG-2016 Update: Please follow this simple rule: Do not comment on “Want to Sell” items if you are not interested in buying it. Also please read about the BLF crackdown on rudeness . Please keep in mind that BLF Rule #1 is strictly enforced.
Hi guys,
I’ve had a few reports recently of people making rude comments about some lights that our users (not commercial sellers) are selling in the Want to Sell section.
Simply put: Please don’t be rude anywhere on this forum, and that includes non-co…
“… Simply put: Please don’t be rude anywhere on this forum, and that includes non-commercial sales threads.”
If someone’s using a signature/footer you feel is rude or conflictive — remember you don’t have to see it again:
You can do it with a CSS override, same as the site theme I made. However, it’s all very manual and can’t be triggered on a “sig too long” condition. Instead, you can hide signatures on a per-user basis or a per-content-type basis. If three people’s sigs bother you, you can hide only theirs. Or if you want to block all images in signatures, you can do that. Or perhaps all tables in signatures.
For example, to block all images in signatures:
div.clear img { display: none; }
Or to block severa…
Huh… that’s like gray-on-gray microprint, never even noticed it before!
