Lumintop Prince brass ed., some Pics and graphs (heavy Pics)

Mini review: LUMINTOP Prince brass ed,

In advance my review in spanish for this light in progress here: http://luxlinternas.blogspot.com.es/2016/11/lumintop-prince-brass-1x18650-xm-l2.html

(you ca use google translate), but I will add here some Pics in advance:

Lumintop Prince Brass ed.:
LED/REFLECTOR: XM-L2 (U2) / Reflector smooth (SMO)
BATTERY: 1X18650, 2XCR123a

DATE: november, 2016

Size and weigh:
114 x 22mm
112 gr. without battery, and 160 gr. with 18650 3400mA portected

For size comparison, Lumintop Prince play in the 18650 EDC league:

In detail:

About Led and beam:
XM-L2 U2, smooth reflector,

2 gif for compare the beam, I will use another 3 good EDCs for me; Zebralight SC62w, Armytek Prime C2 warm and Nitecore P12GT

Simple Interface:
Reverse clicky, 3 modes. Low,Medium,High,Low,Medium….
The light has memory of last mode used.

Some about runtime and modes:

First of all, I test with my lux box calibrated with Fenix lights and this are my estimated lumens Vs Lumintop officail modes (my values are only estimated):

Now a short runtime without fan cooled for see the step in detail.
Only one step with Lumintop Prince, and the value after step down is over 500 lumens (good enough for this size)

Finally, a complete runtime with 3400 battery, first 18 minutes withou fan, but in this moment I prefer turn on the fan, more than 500 lumens for this size over 20 minutes and the light is now very hot: I turn off when light is on, I read voltage: 2.85V.

If you like it…;-), I appreciatte if you use the link of my Blog review (I have on the way now another unit Stainless steel , this bought by me)
I may I offer the good price, after a long and laborious review that has taken many hours. I do not like to put a price with Affiliates only get a few cents because if I think there before test flashlights and spend an effort to show them, of course this is just my opinion …. Greetings ….

Nice review, I ordered a brass one too. BG’s price is hard to pass!

Thanks for commet will34, my unit is sample for spanish review,… but really after try it …and see the offer I buy one stainless steel in gearbest yesterday. one battery 3400, one exclusive holster, and interesting design, why not ?

After use some days, I think the only thing that I prefer change of this light is the strongest clip. I like that clip grip strongly. But in this case holds too strong and sometimes hard to get pocket flashlight if you use the clip.

pretty light and thanks for the review.

Must resist >.<

je,je…thanks for comment!!

Great review, :+1: thanks for sharing…………I am a fan of the prince, real nice light and holster(makes a refreshing change these days from the cheap flimsy rubbish). Mine has a triple xpl HI 4000k though and a programmable driver(50+ mode groups). Around 2000/2100 OTF which it handles pretty well……

Impressed with 500lm for 20m being brass which is not the best for heat dissipation……. Quite like the look of the stainless version too(have a little thing for stainless steel).

After a little polish

Ketchup bath next time

:+1: Impressive Ven !!!
Thanks for the Pic!

Been waiting a week for GB to ship my Copper. Was a steal @ $32.59
Will certainly get a different emitter pretty quick.

Thanks for the review and making the days seem longer till I get mine.
