LiitoKala 26650-50A 5000mah 26650 - great first impressions

Ohh - yes, fully modded, dedomed XPL V6 0D, Narsil, FET+1 driver, springs bypassed, etc. Got ~1,700 lumens and 240 kcd. Also uses the RED LED under the switch for Narsil functionality.

Light Junkie sent me his non-working U21 (driver died) and modded it up same way but used a dedomed XPL W2 1A (AliExpress), and got 1,780 lumens and 253 kcd.

The LK is the reigning champ - best cell for this modded U21.

Wow! Yeah I figured it’d be something fancy and out of my league. :). Provide a service if i decide I get bored with my U21?

Well its the best for all fed dd drivers, i got 6.7 amps reading w2 1a and this cell, first time to see 300k mcs from a L2 host

I order both from GB and Ali stores, late orders came same as the first ones, it seems they do supply from a same provider

Tom E, please check M4D M4X´s deals thread. There's a groovy discount code for the LiitoKalas at Banggood which, combined with the volume discounts, makes it the best deal nearly all of the times. Make it your mantra: 975e07, 975e07, 975e07…

Cheers ^:)

Can you detail their behavior with buck drivers? That’s my primary use of my Liito’s.

unknown00101, nothing new with buck drivers. Understand, please, that a buck driver can have (and usually have) a long voltage differential between input and output, making the batteries' internal resistance much less meaningful versus overall capacity. For buck drivers fed by 2S li-ions driving 2S emitters, it should be noticeable.

Cheers ^:)

Oh I see. I thought you meant something specific to the Liito cell itself.

My main attraction to these cells is the price per mAh. The low resistance is a very large cherry on top.

Ahhh - I knew bout that deal before I forgot bout it (huh?), well, that's me. But thanks!!! They are not shown in stock, due Nov 16th, but still worth while getting an order in for another 4 @$19.62 shipped and don't have to use any points! Excellent deal for sure... Thanks Again!!

Whoa !!!

Could this be a picture of LiitoKala 26650 heaven???

:+1:

Where is that picture from and what is it of?

Looks like a battery test/charge bay at a factory! Wish I had that many batteries.

That is what I would say too ‘mattlwrd’. :+1:
I wish I did too, along with the rack they are in…… :money_mouth_face:

Texas_Ace, I did a search for BAK batteries and this was one of the LINKS that came up. Scroll down for the photo.

I am not sure that I should trust you, that link led to Bing, who actually uses bing??

Google means your normal, DuckDuckGo means you understand how the world works.

Bing means something, just not sure what.

LOL

 … :+1:
That is the exact reason I use ‘Bing’ Texas_Ace……. I’m not “normal”.

teacher, thanks for sharing that Bing link, just noticed it actually works pretty well in my unnormal computing device (rooted Android, custom desktop browser user agent, tweaked dpi setting, etc). Comparatively, using Google image search results in the freakin' thing relocating the shown images dynamically as the stuff loads and it does so in a pestering and nauseating way with image showing pop-ups re-adjusting my browser's zoom and page scroll level, ffs. Here, look at this photo of myself yesterday after using it:

Cheers ^:)

Original post date: Wed, 11/23/2016 - 17:25. Grammar fix.

Sure thing Barkuti, glad it was useful. :+1:

Yeah, from the “selfie”, it looks like using Google was a frustrating experience for you……
At least you have a chocolate chip cookie to ease the pain………

Hello!

Fellows, I have good reasons to believe this cell can do a really nice 20A discharge curve and that, with a 2.8V cut-off, nearly 4.9Ah of capacity should be attained (maybe slightly more if the heating up of its internals results in a somewhat decrease on its internal resistance? Oops! Power output is what such a thing would drive up).

I say it because I am going to gamble on 'em for high power delivery, long story short here: Battery discharge curve analysis @E-CigaretteForum

Anyone willing to make a godblessed test on them?

Cheers ^:)

Sorry, just saw your comment.

Porn, you use Bing for porn. Seriously, search adult videos on Google and Bing, much better results on Bing.

…so I’ve heard from a friend.

The good thing about Li26650 is that it combines great capacity and one of the lowest resistance values( maybe the best?) - thats is quite important to us especialy since we are using mostly fed dd drivers, speaking of this capacity comes second

As a digital smoker( already a year) i cant see its implement-its quite heavy and devices that uses it are heavy and not pocketable , maybe for home vaping yes but its quite another story

Mitko, with (personally estimated and in concordance with the CPF test) maybe slightly above 22mΩ of internal resistance, the Liito isn't the best in this regard.

Source: iJoy 40A 4200mAh 26650 Bench Test Results...overrated but a great 30A battery! @E-CigaretteForum

However, capacity matters also. A lower IR helps with power delivery, but if the available capacity is a lesser one, the steeper discharge curve slope means the lower IR and lower capacity cell will end up delivering lesser power at some point and beyond.

This means that, even if certain quality 18650s like the VTC5 have slightly lower IR than a LiitoKala 26650-50A(B), soon they're stomped by the massive capacity and cooling performance advantage of these bigger cells.

Cheers

P.D.: Glad to know that about bing. :-)
