I would say at least double the price they haven’t told me any thing except that it is in the works. Plus batteries 4 cells is already a lot double the power you need double the batteries.
Right now this light works out good if you compare this output to price. The L6 retails for around 65 USD this gives you over double the performance at twice the price.
I find that the MT03 already has enough power as it is.what are going to do with 18000 lumens? Spend the day replacing the sun
Those pictures are impressive, but I still do not know what I should choose whether the MT07 or MT03.
Actually I haven`t seen good beam shots of the MT07.
So I think I wait for some good beam shots of the MT07
My personal preference when in doubt between these two lights would be the MT03. The beam profile and smaller size make this light much more everyday use friendly.
This is true but there is a price difference. Output wise the MT03 is a lot brighter but you may not be able to see by eye that well. You would need to be in a big area.
Okay i am a dope! I was wondering why the batteries are wearing out at different speeds on some occasions you need either 2 cells in series or 2 cells in parallel for the light to work. So if one cell isn’t making contact both slots wont work in either the series or the parallel. If i can get all the batteries to make contact the light runs and drains all the batteries even like with a few millivolts. I feel like the light could benefit from double springs or at least a bigger tab on the positive slots.
So how moddable is the MT03? Can we add a sense resistor to the stock driver, for example? Or is it possible to flash different firmware as I’d prefer no mode memory, and I’d really prefer the firmware of the BLF A6.
