thanks, it does, i wanted to go out of the box. however it is not always the best solution, but it’s ok, next year i’ll think of something either more traditional, or even more out of the box.
I suppose at the end of the day the forum is made up of varied interest groups and not everyone is interested in scratch build lights at all. Theres nothing wrong with that at all.
Theres a lot more people like the and others behind the scenes and the sponsors that need the thanks as much as any of us that built a light or in some cases multiple items (CRX).
Well, even if they’re not so much interested in the Scratch Build part, it would be nice if at least another 50 or so votes would come in just based on the finished product(s) of each build. Some guys on this forum build and mod new things all the time. But for the contest, half the fun is building for an audience. It seems to me the audience was larger in the past. Last year, we had 97 votes cast in the People’s Choice poll. And there was more audience participation during the contest (build) phase as well. I don’t want to complain. It’s just strange to me.
Right now I see 12 12 13 for the top 3, oh if just on of that 13 would cancel vote and vote for alpg88, sure the top 3 would bump the heck out of this poll
lol, thanks, but no need to do that, i’m not upset, that i have 0 votes, it only gives me a motivation to do better next year.
btw i personally voted for MRsDNF, he is now ahead. and i hope he wins.
When I see how many posts go up in a troll thread compared to any of the mod threads it does bug me a bit. I could cancel my vote for Steve and pin it on Alp88 instead. We could spend the remaining few days playing darts with our votes.
