Those are made in China. They sell them at my local Frys and it says so on the box.
It is a USA company though.
Many of their lower end models are made in China. Most of their higher end models are made in the U.S. espicially their dive lights. I own and regularly use their dive lights. They have not failed me yet. I have been thinking about the 7600 but just have not ordered one yet.
Either way you get lifetime warranty. And customer service is excellent.
