Banggood.com -- Solutions For the Nitecore Tip

Recently, we received some E-mails and said there was a lockout drain bug for the received Nitecore tip, some of them came with old version. Now we give solutions to solve this problem.

1. If you bought the old Nitecore tip from us but with an old version, please feel free to contact us, send E-mail to cservice@banggood.com .

2. Please don’t forget to include your order number, using photos or videos to show your problem when contact us. (Or provide photos to prove that the Nitecore TIP is purchased from us)

3.We will send you a newest Nitecore tip and please return the old one to us, we will compensate the transportation expenses to you.

By the way, all of the Nitecore Tip on sale are the latest version now, please feel free to buy.

On behalf of the company, deeply apologize for the inconvenience to all of you, we will do better in the future.Thank you for understanding!

Dear Banggood:

In regards to my contacts with you thus far about a defective Tip, I am not so confident that you know how to check for or will take the time to check for the proper operation of the “upgraded” Tips currently in your stock.

In the video that I posted at your request, your response did not even address the lockout problem that I so CLEARLY demonstrated in video and sidebar text. You chose rather, to respond that there was no defect and that I was operating it improperly.

Such response, to a customer’s all out effort to demonstrate the defective item, does not at all inspire confidence that you will test and verify that you are indeed re-shipping an “upgraded” item to the customer. This is why some, including myself, would respectfully request a total refund.

A very simple question, that would put some minds here to rest, would be…. Just HOW are you verifying that you will be sending out the truly “upgraded” versions?

Banggood could post here a video showing us how it does the verification that it is the updated version that will be sent.

I also received 3 defective tips. Not confident ill receive non defective lights. Currently waiting for their CS to respond.

that is so ridiculously frustrating that I cannot even begin to consider trying to do a return w Bangood.

I just received a Tool from them, Im very happy with it, as it was only $25. The fact it came with a broken box, makes me think they were discounted for that reason. Im certainly NOT going to try and return it.

Bottom line, not impressed with Bangood quality control, and absolutely hopeless Customer Service script…

  1. send a video request to the customer
  2. reply with a form letter that is not responding to the video

word to the wise:
US companies accept returns without the video and without the irrelevant form letter script

I look forward to reading that people like streamer who got V1 Tips from Bangood after M4D M4X group buy thread claimed Bangood had checked their stock and would only ship V2 Tips (this did not actually happen) got prompt refunds

What Bangood says, and what Bangood does, do not match reality.

I have a TIP from BG in the mail, and i am now wondering if there is a way to check whitch version it is? And is the standby-drain issues the only difference between V1 and V2?

I just received my copper tool from Banggood too. The package had the same foam padding, same white paper wrapping around the hard box, the box was not broken and the light was in a copper-colored vacuum-sealed wrap. It is strange that yours was packed differently… different batches?
