How about this… instead of producing an exact Manker copy. Utorch offers a XPL-HI w/ smooth reflector option… I would be in for a couple of those.

This seems very similar to the Klarus Mi7, but of course this one is cheaper, and I don’t see a neutral white option for the Klarus. Am I missing anything, or is this one just the obvious choice? 
This one does not have a XP-L HI.

UI : Ultra low - Low - Medium - High and hidden Strobe - Sos - Beacon mode
From off :
Single click (short) turns light on , on the lowest mode
Longer click turns light on , on the last used mode (not available for ultra low mode , because you can access it with short click)
Double click turns light on strobe (you enter hidden modes)
From on :
If you are in a regular mode :
Single click cycles between (Ultra Low - Low - Medium - High)
Double click and you’re in Strobe
If you are in a hidden mode :
Single click cycles between (Strobe - SOS - Beacon)
Double click and you’re in last used regular mode
Also , max lumens on High , using 14500 should be ~600 (to be confirmed in review) .
Doesn’t fit protected 14500 as some people said .
