Ordered Nov 22, but got the same exact tracking info as alphazeta above, same date of today (12/12). Looks like they had a major delay there... 21 days before they shipped?

Now when I’m checking the tracking: there are NO entries whatsoever for the tracking number they gave me.

Vollsion responded to me within 2 min on Skype. Reassured me that everything would be fine. Shipping delay was due to numerous sale events in November and December period. Since you guys bought it in 21 Nov, it is still less than 30 days of waiting time, no?

According to the tracking number they used Singapore Post and with them it normally takes around 2 weeks from China before I receive the shipment in Sweden.

No, not at all. The glass it's in blocks whatever low level radiation is produced. I have a very sensitive instrument at work for measuring trace levels of radiation, more sensitive than a Geiger counter, and it registered nothing at all.
Mine is on way, somewhere between Singapore and Uruguay. On time, normally takes about a month

Hehehe. I remember coming back to the states from Japan. After almost a half day of flying, we would literally arrive hours before we left. Always found that amusing.
I was under the impression that it shipped on 11/23/16.
I’m starting to develop a bad feeling about this.
After freeme talked with them, they said that they had sent a replacement unit (for the one either lost in transit or never shipped in the first place) and that they would come back with a tracking number the same day (the tracking number was only offered after I specifically asked for it).
That was Tuesday evening European time. Now it’s Friday and I still haven’t received any tracking number. Yes, I have tried to remind them; but they don’t respond to my messages…
It is 5:30pm, Vollsion rep has already left his office. You might have to wait a little longer for your answer. Generally, package resend will definitely take more than a day to process.
