BG is saying Dec. 25th now

I got an email saying the 24th for grey NW. Either way it seems to keep changing. Is this light ever going to be available?

New product delay for year end is not uncommon. Light assembly for Tiny III is definitely much more difficult than most flashlights.

I got the e-mail this morning says the product is out of stock and don’t know when they will be available again… basically the e-mail says cancel the order and apply for refund :person_facepalming: I could have swore, I was one of earliest people that asked for coupon code and buy it at the same time this GB was announced.
Oh well, so much for the excitement :rage:

Did you respond to the email everyone got last week giving you the choice of cancelling or waiting? If you didn’t respond to that, they will automatically cancel your order. At least thats been my experience in the past with BG

I was told that shipping will start tomorrow.

I ordered mine on the 8th, I got an email saying it was out of stock until the 20th. On the 20th I get another message saying its still out of stock and do I want to wait for restock. I said I would wait. Yesterday the 23rd they email me and say its out of stock and they don’t know when it will be restocked do I want to order something else or cancel the order. I replied that I would still like to wait so today they reply and say that they have just noticed that the item is back in stock and it has been shipped. Checked my account and it has shipped.

Freeme, this is not a good system: I buy an item that is not in stock yet, using the coupon, knowing that it is worth the wait. Then the seller sends me multiple mails asking me to cancel the order. I did not reply because I did not want to cancel it. And then the seller cancels my order without my request to do so, apparently I needed to actively tell them every time that I really wanted what I ordered, I missed that bit.

For the moment I give up on this light, sorry.

Why would they cancel any order without a cancel request. ?
This may be a blessing in disquise.
These low prices are always available later.

I just got another email this morning saying it will be in stock in another week, which means January. They must be having trouble getting them from the factory. They haven’t auto-canceled me though. (yet)

I told them I'd wait, and to please not cancel my order. They thanked me for my patience. I waited four days before responding to their email, so maybe they cancel your order if you don't respond within one week?
