I just received my convoy l6. I have new keeppower imr’s and they are fully charged. I cannot get the light to work at all. I have tried connecting the batteries with a magnet but no luck. To be clear the magnet was a little silver one off of a name badge I had here at the house; not one I purchased as a designated connector. Are there other ways to connect the batteries or is there another potential problem with my light?

Thanks. I’m a newbie so I’m a little nervous about taking the light completely apart. Is there anything I need to be particularly careful with? Also do you have any suggestions about connecting the batteries? Thanks for your help

Just received my Convoy L6 and it also didn’t work I cleaned the tail cap and tighten the ring and work like a charm.
