Mine didnā€™t come in a triple box! :open_mouth:

Mine were just wrapped in plastic baggie/bubble-wrap. Fortunately, they were note damaged so no problem! :student:

I have had pretty good luck with KD in the past, but last order was shipped thru Vanuatu and was place on 12/29 and has not movedā€¦ Really need a part from this order.

Keep in mind KD triple optics wonā€™t wotk (it will damage them) with xp-l2 , you need Carclo ttriple .

Hi Ban, pretty cool that you are the first seller of the XHP50.2 .

I think it is very critical to get the description right. The Cree datasheet says the maximum bin for 3000K XHP50.2 leds is J2, yet the 7C led on KD is J4. The reel picture on your site suggests J4 as well. Iā€™m puzzled.

What is going on? I did order one of those 7C leds so of course Iā€™m a bit curious :wink:

This is a serious problem to KD. But i can sure that this is 100% genuine CREE LED.

I want to make sure we get the right bin , tint from our distributor.

I just ordered and payed for an XHP50.2 5A tint, thinking it is high CRI like the description says.
But it is coded ā€œBā€ which means 70+ CRI.
Now i want to cancel my order.

I finally order it, pay, and now waiting two days with no answer, so Ban, why your website is not working as it should, Iā€™d like to order try web interface like on all other sites, it is just easier instead I chase your support for orders and packingā€¦
