Time to test Manafont customer service...

I received my most recent order from Manafont in today. I had included their SKU.7878 (Cree R5 LED Memory Drop-in Module), but instead, I received the same unit with the blue secondary emitter. I've sent them a note via their online "Contact Us" link; hopefully I'll hear back from them shortly. It's a nice drop-in but not what I ordered...

I'm not worried about it; I've had no trouble with Manafont in the past and folks seem to think highly of them here on BLF...Wink

I recieved faulty knives from them. Im waiting for their answer for weeks now, they have a few more days and I start a paypal dispute... Good luck with yours :)

I am really disappointed this time, Manafont is one of the most suggested shop here, and I thought they care about their goods quaility and their support is superior. But it is obviously not true, I recieved garbage and they doesnt even answer me.

On the other hand, dinodirect with the avoid label on this forum also sent me a bad knife (not even as shit as the manafont knives), and they refunded me in 2 days with a gift card.

How long ago did you first email them about the issue? It's not unusual to wait 48 hours or more for a reply from Chinese sellers, and remember this is the busiest time of their year.

Oh, I see. That's more than long enough to have waited. I've not actually heard of Manafont ignoring emails deliberately, though. I'd try again, pointing out that you've already emailed before; maybe send a copy of the first email with this new one. Then if they don't respond within three days I'd inform Paypal. Hopefully it won't go that far. Good luck.

I never received a reply to my email, so I contacted a support rep via their chat link tonight. As typical, they requested photos of the packaging and the item demonstrating the discrepancy. I have forwarded this information as requested. The rep told me that they would assess the issue and speed the process up for this issue. We'll see if this helps any...

I have an issue with an order made on 11/29 and received on 12/19. I have been in email contact with Audrey several times and sent pictures of packaging and the flashlight in question. She has assured me a claim is being processed, but it is taking quite a bit of time (now almost 2 weeks). I would prefer it be resolved through site credit or Manapoints, as I don't think it is worth sending it back to China for resolution. I will say my first email was answered within 48 hours.

I have purchased quite of few items from mantafont. I used to be a big dx guy, but their shipping takes to long. However recently I have a bad experience with mantafont. I have been trying to return a faulty charger and they refuse to take it back. We have had back and forth email correspondence and it usually takes days for them to get back to me. My last 2 emails have gone unanswered. I have dealt with Jim mostly and dumped on to some other customer service rep. It has become extremely frustrating. I have been attempting to return this charger for a month. I refuse to buy another item from manafont until they rectify this. I have sent them pictures as requested and now they want a video!!!!!!! For a charger lol. If anyone has a suggestion I would love to hear it. Thanks
