I ordered an Imalent DT70 From Banggood recently, I received it within a week or so. The packaging and case for the light were all intact and there was no damage. I charged the batteries and turned it on, and, what the… Only 3 of the 4 LED’s illuminate. I followed their policies and emailed them everything required, two emails through Banggood’s website. I then sent them two emails through the forums and another email through PayPal and have not heard back from them. It’s been a week and this is ridiculous!

I hope Lumen Todd realize the last 2 weeks was Chinese New Year which is the biggest holiday in China as all stores/factories/offices closed and all the employees went home to celebrate, so I wouldn’t be so surprised if he got no reply on all his e-mails.
Although there’s always a hiccups when ordering stuffs from China, but my experience over the years with them is always good, although it may takes time and back and forth with the emails ( especially with something expensive), but eventually it will get sort it.
The question now is about the shipping… shipping it to china will cost a lot of $$ and not guarantee it will get there as the same stuff inside… yes even with tracking and insurance, the only way to get there safely would be using DHL but that cost probably half the light itself. :person_facepalming:

No resolve yet on my defective Imalent DT70 other than getting the run around. Escalating PayPal dispute today.
This is very poor business practices, Banggood!
I would not recommend buying Imalent!

FYI… Shipping the light back… Range from a low at USPS $70.00 USD TO $175.00 USD at major package shipping company!!!
Disaster…

So you have to pay out of pocket to return the defective flashlight to Banggood? Was that what they requested? I wonder what Paypal will tell you to do? Please let us know, since I was actually considering an Imalent DT70.

Yes, Banggood has asked me to return the defective light which I will have to pay the shipping costs. I was advised to ship the light via USPS priority International which will cost nearly $60.00.
