2 orders and cant say they didnt work with me when there was a problem. I would use them again only because
of the problem they addressed. A well known Mana around here that unfortunately dropped the ball on a package wouldn’t even return my e-mails, until Paypal. Keep the orders small until they prove there legit…

Their customer service is pretty low quality.

I filled ticket online, was taken to GadgetsDealer.com* customer service from Everbuying(apparently GadgetsDealer ir Everbuying’s sister site) and my ticket was submitted there and LOST.
Had to open paypal case, open another customer service ticket at Everbuying, this time it worked.
Item description of one particular item was misleading, they offered regular coupon to make up for it, lol, what a joke.

Wont buy again, unless its something very cheap and not complicated so no problems should arise with item.

*GadgetsDealer are also terrible at CS, received steel multi tools that were all covered in nasty rust, took a while and haggling with their CS to get at least partial refund. AVOID!

Best part - they tried to blame shipping on excessive rust :D!

I´ve placed as many orders on Everbuying as I did on DX. Evebuying is sometimes cheaper than DX, and, in my case, ast fast/slow as DX or maybe 1 week faster.

Can´t complain.

I don’t remember why, but I recently ended up buying a couple of items from everbuying.com… just a 501B and a 1-mode P60 drop-in.

I just received both items today, so it took about 21 days (elapsed, including weekends and the Chinese holiday) to get to the east coast U.S.A.

They provided a tracking number, but it never worked, and still doesn’t work today. I got a bit panicked in the last couple of weeks, and posted messages to them via their website, and they did respond to both of my messages, asking for me to be patient :).

Just reporting my experience with them.

I bought a bluetooth speaker at everbuying for ~$17 ~2 months ago and it didn’t shop up yet. I’ve bought at EB like a dozen times before in the last years and never had a problem. Now it’s the first time I missed a paypal deadline with any of my hundreds of china orders, darn.

I contacted them asking for a solution and thought posting their reply (however it will look like) might be of interest to others. Stay tuned.

brought some cheap flashlights and they delivered them. they were faulity and they ignored emails and support tickets.
they had sure paypal dispute time was over and then they totaly stopped replying.
i would say to any one with a problems file a paypal dispute asap. as if you tell them you will open a paypal dispute they will
stall for time untill you cant claim and they will never refund or compensate you.
BEWARNED.

No wonder found some really tempting deals , I will avoid

My 1st order @ everbuying.

Only gearbest & everbuying have the product that i want.

Gearbest : Bad experience/ worst ; they never shipped my order, I raised a Paypal claim,

everbuying experience:

Inquired about the product , bang came the reply , the product is on back order!!! ( Euro plug version )

out of curiosity , asked them about the US version , they replied the product is in stock

Places order on 8th jan , shipped 11th jan by china post ( order value was $20 + tracking $2.5 + insurance $1.3 something,

In the product page they mention dispach in 3-5 days for 99% of products.

Mine shipped in 3 days , pretty neat.

I tracked with tracking no , it was already started moving !!!, surprising , since ,.

Reason / Experience : Tracking no can be created even before shipping 9 atleast 3-5 days in ADVANCE !!!

I expect the product to be delieved in 25-30 days, 9 based on previos experiences with China post from Fasttech

One good experience for shipping, and you haven’t received it yet to verify quality, or that the item received is as described. Seems a bit premature to call for a re-rating.

I ordered a flashlight and batteries 12/03/15 got the flashlight beginning of January just got the batteries yesterday .Kinda slow to me.

Despite paying for insurance, I’m yet to receive either a replacement or full refund for GearBest/EverBuying’s incompetence.

I had a single buying experience but it turned out fine. Everbuying.net Feedback required - #13 by IamMatt Maybe they are getting better?

Same here, I’ve had great luck with them. I’ll never use GB again. The key with EB is order the ones that say ship in 24 hours. They actually ship it out in 24 hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by EB support.
I received flashlight with a faulty switch. I wrote their support about this. They asked for pics or video so I made them video. They offered 3 options: refund in store points, refund to paypal or resend the item. I asked for paypal refund and after 48 hours I received full refund.
Good experience overall.
