They are based in Hongkong. Shipping times? Most of the time they use HKpost for free shipping. They ship out just about the same with the other major vendors, though mostly faster as they almost only deal with flashlights.
They are overseas, and shipping times are usually 7-10 days, but it could be longer. I have never had any issues with them, and I buy all Acebeam products through HKEquipment.
