Yeah, I messed up my PayPal order as well. I read and understood the request from ThorFire to pay in USD, so when I did PayPal I selected USD and thought I did it right.
But PayPal CHANGED the payment “behind the scenes” to HKD. There is a special setting you have to change to avoid PayPal “dynamic currency conversion” it seems. I would have done it, if I had known.
I paid at Feb 21st by USD anh Paypal changed it to HKD too.
22nd Feb: sent phone number .
25th Feb (today): still have no shipping tracking #?

Received my order yesterday. Thank you Thorfire. Not too crazy about what I found in the first (and only so far) light I opened. It was a VG10 that was very hard to unscrew the bezel. Once off, the reflector had to be pried out from 2 o-rings. This is what I found under the reflector:
The first spacer was a LB star that was upside down on the shelf. The next spacer was a much thicker round disk. The holes in the emitter shelf seem much larger than necessary and there is a big divot in the center. The reflector must be a much shorter version to fit in the host. Unfortunately, I don't have an older VG10 to compare it to. I will try to measure it and report back.
Multiple heat transfer barriers. I hope mine doesn’t look like this. I wanted to mod it for higher power 
THAT is not what I was expecting when I paid for the lights. (My package was delivered in the USA but, is yet to arrive to me in Trinidad so don’t know yet, what I’m getting.)
The shelf also appears to be very thin?

I ordered 4 VG10 and received the boxes the other day. I have not opened them but guess I Need to now.
My order was made through Amazon and received a code to purchase from there. No problems with payment or anything on those lines for me.
Opening them up ASAP….

No it isn’t. All 4 of mine have the stack of crap under the emitter to make up for the wrong reflector.
