It has never been used, only tested, and so is in mint condition as far as I can tell.
I only have one other titanium light and it turns out that I’m not a big fan of this material. This one seems a bit big and unsuited to keychain carry as well, though it does look very nice.
I’d like to trade for something else interesting. I’m looking for one or more Thrunite Ti2 v2 (single mode) at the moment, preferably in neutral white. It would be great if anyone has any of those that they’d be happy to part with! I’d also consider something like the stainless steel HI version as well.
If no trades are possible then I’d like £20 £19 plus postage for this.
I also have an original Skyray king from the first run I believe. This is unmodded, I don’t think I have ever even removed the lens. It’s also hardly ever used, just a bit dusty from sitting on a shelf for a few years!
I noticed these were getting hard to find and even a little sought after so thought I’d make mine available if anyone wants to mod or get it for a bit of nostalgia.
I’d like original £35£33 £31.50 for this plus postage.
I also have an olive coloured Klarus Mi7 that I just received, I don’t think I kept the box but it’s basically new. This was very impressive but it’ll only take use away from my similarly good SC52w, so I may as well pass it on.
I’d like £18 plus postage for this. This is now SPF
In the UK postage will be £2 for any non-skyray king package and £3.50 for any with the Skyray king in. Then if it turns out to be noticably cheaper than that to actually send the package I’ll refund the difference.
I’ll also consider other trades/partial trades. I’m interested in a few older lights as well, which may be collecting dust somewhere. I’d quite like a Jetbeam PA40, or a Nitecore EZAAw (or of course a D10).
I agree it’s pure nostalgia. The originals are not made anymore; production was stopped early 2013. I’m glad I have four of those (2 gold and 2 black). Good luck with your sales man.
Hey, it’s always helpful to put pics of the lights you want to sell I think… Can’t hurt seeing that wonderful King again Cheers.
Yeah it was a great quality light for the price and at the time output to size was fantastic too. I was never a massive fan of the gold colour though tbh and the PWM on low always irritated me a bit. I have an original DRY triple XM-L as well from just before that. This is similar output with a tailswitch and a bit less polished build quality wise, but it means I don’t really feel the need to hang onto the king any longer. It’ll probably be appreciated more somewhere else.
I’ll put some pics up maybe in a few days if they haven’t gone, I understand wanting to see before buying but as these are all basically new or as new anyway I didn’t think it was too necessary.
Of course any questions are welcome about these before buying and reasonable offers welcome too, especially involving the trades I mentioned in the OP.
Yeah, sorry. Prices to the US would be £12.40 for tracked signed and insured up to £50 value, £7.80 untracked standard (5-7 days) and insured up to £20 value, or £5.40 on the slow boat with a 42 day shipping estimate.
