Weight in Cu is 50gr, in Alu 17gr.

The VG-10 with a copper spacer is pretty nice weight wise, a little head heavy but nothing that you would notice unless looking for it. It needs the cooling help of the copper as well.

Now the C8 spacer on the other hand I would want aluminum for sure. It is 4x the size.

Well it turned out that I was trying to use the VG-10 brass ring upside down, flipping it over makes it work much better, go figure lol. :student:

In fact it makes the light better then it was from the factory as it now has a place for an o-ring around the glass! Thus the light would now be water-resistance / proof!

Finally got around to my f13 triple with xpl-2 v5 4k with MTN fet+7135 guppydrive.

I broke the 3000 lumen barrier. Clicked out at 3070 on turbo.

I received my second order and it looks just as good as the first (which is looked and worked great). Haven’t built any of them yet, as I’ve been short on time, and I’m trying to decide how best to use them. Looking forward to it soon though.
