I think it’s a great system. Surely they still want you to spend some money, which I think is fair. I believe these GB points cannot be combined with discount codes. The best way to get maximum discount is to use them on flash sale products. An example; the Skilhunt H15 on flash sale was $25, which already is a great price. You can further reduce this price with about a third with GB points to make it about $17. Really nice I say. :slight_smile:

Until now, Just 1 missing item. Item is shipped, sent back to China after arriving in NL, sent grom China back to NL again, since then no updates on tracking anymore, wednesday 2 months have past, Will update my ticket then

I have a hunch that whenever I place an order i get re-subscribed

I only have ordered once from GearBest (sorry, I’m a terrible flashaholic), so that is not my case. However, you may be right as well, dunno…

It clearly says that “Please note that orders “shipped out” cannot be cancelled.” My order is paid but not yet shipped (maybe packed, I need to check), I opened a ticket and they said they cannot cancel my order…

I can’t seem to receive a refund for the item that did not arrive.

There is an option for insurance during checkout, which is a small fee. Whether Gearbest should refund you, or send you a new item depends on this.

The problem is, the item that I didn’t receive is a replacement item, for which I had to pay separately.
I was asked to pay for a new item using invoice that was emailed to me. And so there was no way to apply insurance.

I see. Gearbest rep here is very friendly and helpful. It’s weekend, so you might have to wait until Monday, although rep often works on Saturday as well. I’d wait until Monday and if you don’t get a reply pm Gearbest here.

Ordered on presale and paid 46.99 USD by PP for an item(flashlight of course) since 19 September.
They didn’t sent yet.
I ask why and they offer to change the item or wait another 15 days.
I sent the list with 3 items total valued 45.99USD but they do not want to send because this prices items have coupons.
As I understand their’s presale policy is to take our money and delay how much they can the shipping hoping to change with full price items.
I sent private message to GB BLF and no response.
They response only to public messages, that’s show how much they respect as.
I feel cheated and disappointed by GB.

I’m also experiencing a significant delay in shipping from Gearbest. I put in an order for a few items (all listed as “in stock”) 10 days ago and it has been sitting in “Packed” status for over a week. I paid extra for faster shipping too. I put in a ticket and they responded with some confusing information about the original order having an incorrect phone number (number of digits). I used the same exact info (stored in my account) as I have on all of my previous orders that have shipped promptly for in stock items. I double checked verified that the phone number on the original order was correct. I’m not sure what is going on over there… maybe they are changing their shipping logistics system.

Anybody else experiencing unusual shipping delays for in stock items? (from the time of order until the order actually shipped - not including delivery times that are outside of their control)

I’ve been waiting over a month for a bike rear light to ship and it still says “processing”.
I click the “dispatch faster” button every day but it makes no difference.

In the past, I’ve had good experience with Gearbest. My orders went from Order Submitted to Shipped status within the specified time stated on the item pages. After shipping, delivery time is out of Gearbest control and will depend on the shipping method selected.
There is another thread comparing the various shipping methods to the US. They previously had 2 options to the US called USA Express and USA Line, and both were reliably tracked (with USA Express being the faster of the two). I just checked and see that now there is only one priority line choice for USA shipments: “USA Express”.

It’s only the most recent order that went from Order Submitted -> Processing -> Packed …. and is still sitting in Packed status for over a week.

I sent a PM to Gearbest as requested… so we’ll see if I can get an answer on why it is stuck… maybe the package is laying behind some filing cabinet :frowning:
