Was going to order one of the three modes in the original post, but at $60 shipped I decided not too.
Where can I find the BEST quality Sipik sk68 or clone? Don't care if it has modes or not.
I ordered mine (single mode) from a US based seller campingsurvivals based on this thread (after that other US seller up'd the price to $28.69! I bought on Jan 9th (late afternoon), but haven't seen any emails saying it has shipped (and no shipping/tracking status on Ebay).
I can't speak for "quality" since I haven't received it yet. I'm hoping it's like "how crazy is this"'s experience detailed here with this silver one being a good one.

Yeah I actually submitted a best offer of $7 for one to that same seller this morning. (I started the thread about that seller).
Will have to see if he accepts the best offer.
Oh, Duh! My bad! Guess I should pay more attention to thread authors! Will let you know if/when mine comes and what it's like (although I don't have any of these SK68 variants to compare to). I also have the Ultrafire one from Manafont coming as well, but I don't expect it for about 2 weeks.

I already have one from TomTop, and I like it so much that I want a spare in case anything ever happens to it.
In all honesty, if I could only have ONE light, this would be it. With a 14500 its very bright, more flood than any of my other lights, and when zoomed it is only out-thrown by my Solarforce MPP-1 (which is a dedicated thrower). It is smaller than all of my lights except my ITP A3 Eos. It can tailstand, and if you remove the bezel and lens, it will do a great job of filling up a room with soft light during a power outage. The ability to run on AA batteries as well is great during an emergency situation or power outage, and it should have pretty long battery life on AA although I haven't tested that yet. It is very well built, the metal seems very thick unlike some other ultra-budget lights I have. Threads are clean on the tailcap. Feels nice while holding, I could go on and on.
I find myself using this light more than any other light.
Now you're making me wish my Tomtop order would arrive! (Well, I would wish for it to arrive anyway!) Last tracking status still says "Dec 11th Chicago Customs". I bet it's lost. Maybe I should ask ChicagoX to head there and threaten a beat down if they don't send me my package!

Mine from TomTop doesn't have the o-ring on the bezel either, I think I will try to find a very thin one that will fit.
I guess i'll go for the eletrading one, looks safest option atm :d

And yet payments to all three of these sellers show the same payee name in Paypal. All a bit too bizarre for my liking.

Got my TomTop SK68 within 10 days of ordered. I have had it for a couple weeks now, love it! Liked this light so much that I just bought three other ones from various sellers on eBay. Even one from a US seller.
These are the three I just bought.
Silver SK-68 clone from China, says Cree on one side, can't really make out whats on the other side.
Black SK-68 from china, ebay seller Demonerr as mentioned above, not sure if its a clone? Says Sipik on it
Black Sk-68 clone from US seller, has no branding on it (same as my TomTop one?) Paid $8.59 via "Best Offer"
I will report back as I receive these.

Don't think it's a typo; too many Ebay sellers been doing the same thing just recently. But you're right, of course, who do they imagine will buy? Begs the question WTF are they doing? Unless it's the old trick of briefly hiking prices by several hundred % so that they can legally anounce an eye-catching

My first post has been updated with information and a couple of pics of the 3-mode Ultrafire branded Sipik SK68 clone. The first 3-mode light I ordered from eletrading had no text on the side while the second one I got was the Ultrafire version. The information & pics can be found after Update2. There is also more information about this 3-mode Ultrafire version in this post by Lensman.
SO 2 of of the 3 lights shown above you bought from eletrading, you randomly got a unbranded and a ultrafire one and the unbranded version from them and the unbranded has more focused beam and wider lens, but is a bit less bright?
@ Dimlux: Yes, I'm curious now, too. All this time I've been thinking your UF clone was a single mode...

So basically you had the same experience I did; you bought two three mode Sipik clones, one of which carries the UF logo (and it doesn't like tailstanding), the other is unbranded. You purchased both yours from the same Ebay listing (eletrading), whereas I bought mine from two different Ebay sellers, topicshop and ntxmas, although we're pretty sure all three of these sellers are actually the same person/company. Hmm..
