Seeking for Help/GAW: Say something (tucao) here about us.gearbest.com

Every issue I have had with Gearbest was solved in a satisfactory way. Only minuspoint (if ever) was the time it took.
Starting up a “us.gearbest.com” means that this and other time consuming matters will be dealt with much faster.
The textbooks say it can’t be done, but greater speed, same quality and same prices sure is a winning combination.

Well not in the USA so probably not eligible for the GAW, that doesn’t matter, Gearbest has given me so much

Congrats on a new store!

I have a tip for Gearbest.
Start selling the Archeer A320 Bamboo
A Bluetooth speaker that looks very nice with the light wood (bamboo) and sounds really good. We are using it outdoors and have it stand about 10 meters away from where we sit and the bass is deep, music strong.

I love Gearbest prices but I wish that Priority Shipping was a little cheaper. Or, I wish that free shipping was faster.

Nice…do you have a link to where I can check that bluetooth speaker out?
Sounds interesting…pun intended… TIA

ETA: I found it…over at Amazon and Banggood… Also Ebay. Best price so far is Amazon.

How about some Kershaw knives?

(Some of my favorite models are made in China.)

I’d like to see you selling these:

Amber light does not interfere with sleepiness. I’ve given several of these to elderly neighbors who like them a lot.

There must be a good margin from the wholesale price, as the online prices go up and down a whole lot; the “camelcamelcamel” price tracker is helpful to know what’s a good price (green is amazon, blue is anybody other than Amazon, red is “used” (Amazon warehouse for ding-and-scratch items, tho’ they often sent the wrong item when I’ve ordered from the warehouse deals list)
This is for a six-pack of these lights:

Dang, where was I on August 24th, could’ve bought six for $10, such a (brief) deal …

Tucao ??

I am not in the US, I would love to have low shipping cost in batteries to Argentina.

3. clear convoy L6, S2+ and C8

They do sell a clear C8 and a clear L6, no clear S2+ (yet)

Better batteryshipping around the world would be great thing to be realized by you guys. The comments above let it look like getting good Li ion cells isn´t only a problem in germany where I live. And building up my flashlight collection without (or very expensive) cells is a hard thing ;) Thank god gearbest provides budget flashlights already. So a good way to proof your quality could be to give away your Zenflare F1's / F2's (maybe even with included cells ? ;) )

3) flashlight parts, such as drivers, switches, tailcaps, reflectors,
AR glass lenses, (convoy) holsters,
14500 batteries

3) The ability to use points COMBINED with coupons as well !

Pleas stock some:

Nice drivers (17mm buck drivers with e-switch)
Aspire 18350 (more than 1000mAh)

Gearbest, I’m also not from US…. But if you ask about opinions or to say something, I wanted to say, that I would like to see a presentation (with photos) of your company, your office, warehouse, employees, people working in Gearbest, YOU, etc.
I mean, it would be nice to see real people, real faces, real places, etc. I have good experience with your Store. Nothing to complain about, some problems, when appeared, were quickly resolved by a forum representative or CS. But, behind all these deals, giveaways, group buys, customer service, shipping departament, standing real persons, who work hard, spend a lot of life to satisfy your customers and to earn money for living in China, and I would like to see them

Could you consider making a presentation with photos of Gearbest, people working there, deprataments, offices, city or district where it’s located, showing yourself, etc. ?

A couple of years ago, there was similiar material posted. It was probably DinoDirect if I remember correctly, and I enjoyed it very much.
It’s always nice to see another culture, different lives, places, etc. Some may treat you like a “thing” or a “machine”, put some “coins” in and expect a “stuff” to come out. I always wonder about people, who get up early on another side of our Globe, go to work, read my order, pack my stuff, respond my complains …and so on

I’m interested in being able to get things from the US site and warehouse faster. I have ordered only a few things from GearBest, including a charger destroyed by the shipper that was resolved satisfactorily. Being able to get things more quickly will be a plus.

As for things I want, how about some button top cells for the Q8? 30Q’s or … was it HG2’s?

US warehouse will be nice. I quit purchasing from GB since the last time I ordered a knife and after 3 weeks asking when my “in stock” knife would ship, GB says they were illegal to ship to US. Even though I had purchased several the previous months from GB. Went straight over to Fasttech, ordered the same knife and had it in 8 days.

Hey GearBest, thanks for hosting this raffle!

Real time inventory would be a step forward for GearBest. Faster shipping from U.S. warehouses is great but I’m also looking forward to more convenient post-purchase support.

I would love to see more Ganzo and Sanrenmu offerings available in the U.S., especially the Ganzo G729-OR.

I always thought it was strange that I buy Convoy S2+ lights from gearbest (10 or 12 by now) but I have to buy the pocket clips from a competitor. Please start selling key components like S2+ pocket clips and the UV filter for UV S2+ lights. These aren’t optional for a useful light they’re essential.

Best Regards,
SMM
