Got mine yesterday.
Quick impressions:

Good:
solid,
smooth threads,
nice resistance that hopefully will breakin just a bit,
very well machined.
Nice output

Bad:
-seemsVery heavy for its size IMHO
-i personally dont have use for magnetic tail in a neckchain/ keychain light
