Is the led mcpcb going to be aluminum or copper in final product? Do we have information about led shelf thickness?

Led mcpcb on “prototype 1” was aluminum , but as freeme posted , on the final product we asked to be copper …

Any idea how many Amp will the batteries have to deliver?

I only have a few high-current Cells and I need them for my FET-lights.
But I have plenty of 26Fs laying around…

Sanyo NCR18650GA should be able to do the job well. We are currently sourcing for reliable source from their supply chain.

All 4 cells are in series and it pulls 6.5 amps at 16 volts. As the voltage drops the amp draw ramps up to a max 7.5A at 14 volts, then starts to ramp down again below that voltage. So I think that’s 7.5 amps max per cell.
