Have you determined if the on and off of the light will be through the rear switch (like S70) or through the side switch (like S70-S)?

The best low budget loader wich I know is the Liitokala Lii-202. This loader could charge with 2x 1 A.

Illumn is having a sale on the Xtar Sv2 rockets. They can do 2x26650 at 2 amps each. I just bought 2 at $19 each.
More than likely the rear switch will be the main on/off, with standby on/off for the side-switch.

Lii500 charger and 2 x 5100mAh 26650 cells set one back ~$30
(if the Kronos tube is done the same way with good inside anodisation a magnet is safe to use, Kronos needs to confirm this via a continuity test though, I missed what cells Kronos is selling for $15 a set, if theses are button tops this could be an indication of different finish on this tube compared to the S70(S) yet the Lii500 for ~$20 is still a good charger, who would ind having a charger capable of charging 4 cells instead of just 2 for the same price at before mentioned right 
)
