I very highly recommend them.

I have had 4 separate orders with them. all four got here in about 3 day, all 4 products were excellent and are still working today as the day they arrived with no repairs or adjustments.

Outside the US, SB's shipping may be prohibitive, but in the CONUS, they are great.

Ordered from Bryan many times.

Answers all my emails promptly.

I receive a shipping notice the next day on every order I've made.

I've have yet to have any problems with any of the lights.

Had a mistake on 1 order, worked it out with him quickly.

The one thing I wondered about him was "does he sleep"

There's a 6 hour difference between us.

I've sent him emails at about 9:00PM my time on a week night.

I get a reply from him while I'm still on the computer.

But I have ordered lots of lights and accessories from there with no problems .

Fast shipping , good communication and great products . They are one of the few vendors that offer the Q3 5C emitters ( my favorite tint ) in their lights , as well as upgraded drivers .

I had an ITP A3 and an ITP A2 go bad , and Shiningbeam replaced both items for free .

I have ordered a ton of stuff from there. Very fast shipping and great customer service. The only thing I wish was that he had more drivers/LEDs. But thats just because I do so much modding, and the ones he does have are very nice. I would much rather order on monday and have my stuff by thursday at the latest, rather than order in November from china and get it in January.

I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

I bought a Jetbeam BC40 from them. I had some Ultrafire 3000mAh batteries that I was using in this light. I was doing a battery test and one of the batteries died. I tried the light again with Trustfire batteries and the one of those batteries died. I didn't want to put two of my good AW or Redilast batteries in and give them a try because I was afraid of killing one of them. I was wondering if it was the light and I called Bryan to ask him about what he thought was going wrong. He said he didn't think it was the light even if it was the light, Jetbeam would take care of it. He did something he didn't have to do. He sent me two Jetbeam 2300mAh 18650 batteries free of charge to try out in the light. I call that service. They are a great company in my eyes.

Best in the West

I've ordered from Shiningbeam a couple of times and have had no problems. Easy $2.99 shipping. My only complaint is that they remove the products from the site when they are out of stock instead of displaying OUT OF STOCK.

The quality of lights shiningbeam sells is superior to the randomly selected torches on the Chinese sites.

Two thumbs up for shiningbeam.

Well, for me anyway. After purchasing two hot rodded Romisens from Brian, I finally realized I could get nearly all the performance without nearly any of the cost of the "big boys". He redefined the word value for me. And not just for the lights themselves. Shiningbeam's value is really all about the reasonable shipping cost, fast turnaround time, and one accountable individual who will actually return an email. If only all online vendors did such an outstanding job! Plus, all subsequent orders were fulfilled with equal deftness.

Whenever I need parts, Shiningbeam is one of the first US sources I check on. Orders always ship quickly and packaging is good. Shipping is inexpensive and overall I would recommend it highly.

Shiningbeam and Bryan are as good as it gets in this industry. His service is second to none.

One thing you want to remember about Shiningbeam is this. Many of the lights he sells are not Shiningbeam lights. Romisen, Pocket Rocket and outhers can be good lights but I think the best lights he sells are the ones that say Shiningbeam on the light. The Blaze, Caveman, S-mini, I-mini and maybe a few others are the lights he has made up for him. These have generally been somewhat better quality. Bryan calls the Blaze and the Caveman his first two professional quality light. You can feel the quality of these lights. The finish on the Caveman is the best of all my lights.

Lately I've been buying more from USA vendors than Chinese ones. SB is my favorite, and the pricing is perfect in relationship to the quality you get. I wish they carried more batteries though!

Just ordered this on Thursday. Was shipped same day, arrived today (saturday). Product as described and nearly perfect. Only a couple scratches on head.

Highly recommend shiningbeam. Not a bad price ($50 USD). Will definitely buy from again.

Light is great. It is a good thrower and has nice spill from OP reflector. Quality is decent and it is small enough to fit in a coat pocket.

My recent purchase - Romisen RC-T601 - is flawless and performs outstandingly. Shipping was prompt and I think the price with shipping is fair. It's hard to top Shiningbeam. I just wish they had a more robust selection of models I'm interested in. Hopefully they're stocking up. These guys rock!

Complete agreement.

All I can add is my impression -- that I think he's also helping educate the people in China who design and make most of these flashlights, by having them make improvements, not simply copies. And I think that's great.

Does anyone have one of the P-rocket lights?

I do, Troop. Nice light.

I have a pocket Rocket. No complaints at all, it is a great light with a very warm tint.

Sorry, for some reason I thought Troop had asked the question - damn that tiny screen on the iPhone! The P-Rocket is a great light for what I bought it for: small form, helmet-mounted bright light with good throw to complement my floody bar light on cycling night rides. While not technically a thrower, P-R has fairly deep, very light Orange Peel reflector that throws surprisingly well and still has decent flood. As Troop mentioned, it's a very warm tint. My N-Light ST50 is just slightly better with Cool White, which appears brighter to my eyes. Good run time too.

BetweenRides, thanks for the feedback. I was checking out their website and stumbled across it and don't remember seeing any feedback on it but then again I don't read every thread.

Update - I placed my order on the evening of 03/17 and it was in my mailbox today (03/22). Very quick shipping notice and response to a question I had. If SB had the inventory of the mega retailers, I'd order everything from them. Another excellent rating for Bryan!

SB is one of the best vendors in the market, period. If he carries it, and I need it, SB will always get my biz.
