Sorry is this the 3.3k turbo, or the 10k turbo?

I’m going to assume it’s 3.3k…

No , it’s the “10k” turbo , but it isn’t real 10k , but around 7k ? - 8k ? in this version .

Oh, I assumed you meant 10k lumen turbo. 3,300 is kinda like “high” in my mind.

I’m pretty sure giorgoskok was saying the time at 10k lumen since that’s what’s really important.

From that time you can deduce that 3,300 lumen will be much longer than that.

Keep in mind this is only an early test model. The final product might be closer to a real 10k and heat up quicker. We won’t know until the next updated version is built and tested.

Hi, replied to PM with the price, please, put me in the list, interested to buy one

Damn really? That’s kind of disappointing. I was hoping for a real 10k.

Please PM me, freeme.

don’t try to be one step ahead :stuck_out_tongue:

Final version will have the advertised output .

I would indeed want 7000lm-8000lm for 6.5 mins, rather than 10000lm for 1-2 mins.

I’m # 49 on the list. PM me please.

Why not both?

This guy gets it :stuck_out_tongue:

Take a look at the writing near the springs on the bottom. It says Manker, why even put the same light out in two brands. I.e. Utorch 02 vs Manker U21.

That said: interested depending on price

Freeme I still haven’t replied a PM yet mate

I am in because of 10K Lumens.
I already have a light that is pretty close - I think - my King with 12 XP-G2 and a FET driver.
I ‘need’ something more powerfull.

Put me down for one please

Because on our end it allows us to buy a product for a much lower price.

On Utorch’s end it allows them to produce a light with much less effort and overhead.

It would be cool to have decent mode spacing near the high end so the only options aren’t 3,300 or 10,000. I agree that both a short-lived bright 10k and more cool modest 6-8k are desirable.

Put me on the list. I’m definitely down to get one of these now. Still hoping for a neutral white. fingers crossed

The assumption I was making is that manker or subsidiary of manker owns utorch and that is why each of their lights are so similar. I guess thats not the case. I couldn’t see why manker would benefit from that arrangement.

The problem with this and why manufacturers don’t do it is because you don’t see much difference in output. They have to find a balance between good mode levels and not have too many levels. Too nant levels, like 6 or 7, can be a pain to cycle through all the time.

I agree with you, though. On my L6 with ramping firmware I tend to bring it up to max, then drop down just a tiny bit. As soon as I see the output drop a little, I stop it there. It’s almost as bright as max, but with way less heat buildup and battery drain so it’s more practical.

Utorch is a seperate company. Manker is very upset with them. They are quite “disgusted” by their practices. It’s just the China way, though. Manker has even “borrowed” idea and designs from other companies. Still, Utorch seems to be making very direct copies. Even releasing them at the same time or before Manker!
