New 4XP Noctigon MCPCB for quad optic

Depends from LEDs.

There is no related thread, so I will ask here.
New 4XP boards.
DTP, good quality, wide traces, parallel connected, for Carclo quad optics, same price to 3XP.
All is good. By why they are 21mm OD? All previous quad boards were 20.00.

Some outdoor shots.

I can see myself getting the grey one with Nichia.

Can you tell us what bin 219c you’ll be using?

Understand completely about the shipping fees, not to mention your time and labor.

I’m somewhat new to this, and still experimenting. I have a question / proposal. Would you be willing to have a “Sample pack”? Something like:

  • 2x CREE XM-L2 T6 4C LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB
  • 2x CREE XM-L2 U3 3D LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB
  • 2x CREE XM-L2 U4 1A LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB

This is quantity 6, higher than your MOQ of 5, and I get an assortment.

I understand if it is not possible. Thanks for considering.

The 18500 version looks like it will be the perfect size. Can you tell us anything about the driver? I suppose it’s going to be a fet based on the quoted brightness and the price.

I like the 18650, and perhaps 18350, the 18500 seems the less interesting for me.

With Hank’s incredible attention to detail, these lights will probably be pretty spectacular. He doesn’t just slap together cheap parts; he carefully crafts each item.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. :+1: :+1: :+1:

Wow these look great! Can’t wait to get my mitts on one.

Will the deep carry pocket clip that fits Convoy lights work with these?

If they go with the 4000K 9050 I’m definitely in !

Good point. Do these lights have clips?

I pre-ordered one in green with an extra 18350 tube and can’t wait to light up the yard. Thanks for designing this one!

Hank…is the MCPCB for the D4 glued down?

The 219C is 5000K 80CRI

How, I wish you used warmer tint maybe 4000K… :frowning:
Hey, not everyone can be happy, I’m pretty sure it will please the majority

Any clips?

Both Nichia 5000K 80 CRI and 4000K 90 CRI would be great.

Yes, 4000k Nichia with 90+ CRI would be optimal in my opinion!
