I noticed at the link provided on the original post to the sale page at BG has this item listed as “discontinued”.(??)
As a newbie to the forum, and having looked around in it quite a bit, I have to ask - do any of these “theoretical” and prototype interest threads ever actually end up with an actual light in people’s hands? I think the Q8 thread has been going for over a year, and other posts almost as long, with no product yet.
I sorta get it if the response is, “well, we just like talking about theoretical products, and dreaming about what COULD be”, but I don’t want to get my hopes up when I find them describing something I’d very much like to actually own, lol 
All make it to production, this is a manufacturer produced light and will be a lot quicker than the Q8 which is a BLF designed light.

On-going. We need more names in the list. 
I’d be down for one for sure if I knew what they’ve done about the heat issue. I posted about my TN36 getting too hot to hold after 15mins. Is this much heavier? Does it step down earlier.
Too many questions I feel are left unanswered.
