I didn’t understand from instructions above, that joining the blog was a requirement however, looking for a good deal for 26650 cells, i ended up joining anyhow. Hahaha.

single 26650 can not handle the heat from 2300lumens, not only the less runtime. HT35 thick body can handle the heat well on 2300 lumen mode.With a nice belt its convenient to carry outdoors.
We are making a single 18650 zooming light. Because of 115mm size it is very hot in a few minutes on 1000lumen mode.
Ordered one, cant wait to see what this light can do, i am thinking of some mods right away, fet driven XHP50.2 is one of them.

Looks like an aspheric lens, is it focusable? Just by looks it doesn’t look long enough for 2 26650’s

yes, its focusable and Haikelite wrote in another thread that 2x26650 batteries from 66 to 71,5mm fits.
