Yes this!
I think Gearbest reminds automatically after +/- 2 months nowadays.
AliExpress has a good notification system so one cannot miss ending of buyers protection period
Idk how Banggood does it
Just ordered something from BG. They included Priority Direct Mail shipping at no extra charge, maybe because of the value of the order? In any case, I received a tracking number, but I’m not sure who the carrier is. Google thinks it’s USPS, but the number is incomplete and there is no status. Maybe it will take more time before a status is posted?
My prior shipping experience with BG was not very good. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took about 40 days to get it. Hope this one isn’t as bad.
I have found that of these tracking sites the PackageRadar usually tracks when many other fail.
I think they also have an Android app but that is only in Russian which I dont speak so I only use the main site.
At least the website is in English.
This has been finding many of my orders PostNL Netherlands Post shown as carrier but the actual site not finding anything by tracking code yet. These tracking codes show like NL12345… , RS123… etc. and Sky56 seems to be the first part carrier and PostNL starts to track and show their own codes much later.
Yes, because it will take a while before FedEx actually gets a hold of the package. The package first needs to reach US, and as it turns out, my latest BG order is being shipped by Yun Express, which is some local carrier in China that’s going to deliver it to FedEx in the US.
When you look up your tracking number on FedEx.com, it should show you a reference number. That reference number is the related tracking number of the local carrier in China, and you can punch in that reference number at 17track.net or PackageRadar.com (or similar site) to see its progress while it’s still in China and before FedEx shows any tracking info on the US end.
