“Lock out: One click-Double-Triple from any mode to lock out the flashlight.(The main Led will keep on shine with an outputof 0.1 lumens for 5 seconds and then shut off)”
Can anyone decipher this into an understandable phrase? It is the same procedure on the E02 I think.
I might be able to answer a few questions since I’ve been in contact with Manker a number of times over the last few months. They are currently working on releasing the 18650 version. They couldn’t tell me whether the design would allow for a 18350 tube. As for the E03H, it does not support 14500 cells. If you put a li-ion cell in the light, it will give you a single mode - turbo/dd. This is the same thing that happens in the E02 if you put a 10440 cell in it.
Maybe we can get a better description as to why because I was not able to fully understand the response they gave me. I’ve quoted it below in case anyone can make sense of it.
“_It is easy to make it support 14500 battery but we have to sacrifice the reverse polarity function ( remove the Physical reverse polarity ring on the head).
As you know that forums members complained about batteries types Manker drivers requested so we just want to make things easy._”
I don’t recall BLF complaining about battery types for Manker drivers, so i’m not sure what they are referring to.
All I know is that I was really looking forward to a 14500 compatible light that matched the quality of the E02 I already have. I’m a little bummed.
