Nitecore P30 and rsw1 switch, does not work in turbo mode (VIDEO)

Hello, recently arrived p30 with rsw1, testing how it works, momentary switch does not work in turbo mode, if rsw1 side switch, but not in momentary pushbutton, only power up high mode, this is so ho is there any flaw? Use panasonic batteries and 30q charged butt, greetings!

I added a video the quality is not the best but toward the end you can see, as the flashlight works in turbo mode with the switch button and with the prehensile only high, greetings

Could it be the thin diameter of the cables that go towards the contact press the motive that is not operated in turbo?

it shouldn’t make any difference compared with the standard tailcap, it’s just a mechanical switch, if you turn off the flashlight in turbo, it should turn on in turbo mode

Does it work with the standard tailcap?

Hi Anthon, if it works with standard tail cap and also with the button that brings in the tail the rsw1, it does not work in turbo with the prehension switch, greetings!

PS: Do not clarify this before buy two P30 and two RSW1

This is why I would prefer a remote tailswitch that has a small battery and a FET switching on and off

this would have even less than a classic mechanical switch

Hi Lexel, sorry I do not speak English I use translator, could you put an example of a remote switch that you recommend? Greetings.

you replace the mechanical momentary switch with a Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor
to power the MOSFETransistor you need a very little current (less than 1uA) which can be provided by a small battery

a small poweerful MOSFET

like this, just without the driver just the MOSFET

instead a momentary button you have the cord of the remote tailswitch
