Must have been because i just entered the 555 range and the pm list isn’t updated.

Friends in family results in no fees. So them discussing the Paypal fees in the email tells me they are expecting us to use Goods and Services.
Neal should see any replies to the PM you recived. You can try replying to that to work it out there. They could refund you and have you resend payment.
I selected the other. But I hope it is not a big problem.
It could take awhile for Miller and Neal to catch up with all this action. Don’t be surprised if it is days before getting a reply. They have over 555 PM’s and payments to figure out.

Just use mail address from PM and send 15$ as payment for goods not for family or friend from your PP account.
Sent a pm to the Miller with all the information needed including your PayPal email and the transaction ID.
A few selecting friend should not be an issue but if paypal sees thousands of dollars suddenly appearing as gifts they would not like it.
