Dear Neil, paid 32 usd for 8 batteries on 18th of August and have not recieved or heared anything.
I’m on the same boat, paid for 8 batteries on 14th of august, not received.
No messages to tell that it was shipped, no tracking number.
Paid only one month ago, I will start to worry in a couple of weeks. 
I got forgotten too.
I wrote him an PM and one day later he told me, that he forgot me - I have a tracking-number now
Without a proper ordering-system it’s easy to oversee things.
I got hold of Neil and he said he havn´t had time to post it, he was going to now.

I got my 4 also today.
I put the into my Lii500 - 2 cells are shown with 44mR, the others with 92 and 95mR?
So only 2 high-current ones I guess
Resistance measurement of the Lii500 is not reliable. Test all in the same slot, rub the contacts of the batteries against the contacts of the charger a few times. You will see that the results vary quite a lot.
