When i can keep it under 20 grams it’s €1.33 to USA.
Up to 50 grams it’s twice that.
Much less than i expected.
I’ll see what i can find in my box of glass lenses.
But if you have the exact sizes for the lenses you need (because i’m not sure which exact lens is from a Skilhunt), and you can source them easily i’d rather keep the one i have left (but i may have equivalents without AR coating).
I have a H02R and i recently put a non-Skilhunt TIR in it, and i put the black bezel of a H03F on it (without the hinge part, i cut that off and filed it flat) and also removed the stainless steel switch bezel and replaced the switch boot with a larger black one to fill the cavity.
Looks really cool now, and of course no more tint shift.
Yeah, the stock H03F looks cool i.m.o., but the ‘door’ was always rattling and not held in position properly.
It also scatters the light to the sides (and often i the eyes of the user), which is just annoying
So no more F version for me.
@ LightRider:
I found the reflectors.
They weigh 0.6 grams each.
So shipping cost will be €1.33
O, wait, if forgot to mention one important thing:
Centring gaskets !
They need to be 0.6 to 0.7mm thick and fit the 7mm hole of the reflector.
I have one of them left i my parts box, i used the other one already.
But it’s the last one i have of that type, so i’d rather keep it myself…
I did recently order some of these though: https://www.fasttech.com/p/4512104
But i don’t know how thick they are (they’re not in yet, haven’t even been shipped yet).
A thicker lens will probably prevent the bezel from screwing down to the head all the way.
I would suggest to search for a lens with the exact same thickness as the Skilhunt lens.
Brands should sell spare parts i.m.o.
In this case, a headlamp reflector set = gasket, reflector, lens.
For TIR replacements they can simply refer to Yajiamei on AliExpress.
