I got my 4 also today.

I put the into my Lii500 - 2 cells are shown with 44mR, the others with 92 and 95mR?
So only 2 high-current ones I guess

Resistance measurement of the Lii500 is not reliable. Test all in the same slot, rub the contacts of the batteries against the contacts of the charger a few times. You will see that the results vary quite a lot.

Is this only for Aspire 18350 (protected 1100mAh) batteries or do you have other types?

Also, do you ship to the Philippines, and how much is the shipping fee?

d_t_a, Aspire 18350 1100mAh cells are unprotected. For high discharge applications battery protection is much better implemented in the pertinent device driver, DC/DC circuitry, a BMS, etc.

Rest of the world shipping was quoted at $17.50/4 pcs.

PM Neal in any case, he may be willing to help you with some other hard to get for you battery types.

It’s been 6 weeks now since my payment.
He didn’t anwser my PM from mid last week (5 weeks and a half after payment) asking for a tracking number.
No way to know what’s going on.

EDIT : Finally shipped with a tracking number.
