I guess it means that GB will send it from their wharehouse to a post company, and the “pre-advised” means that it will be tracked when that post company receives the package and makes its distribution. The pre-advised seems like a “now it is possible that you can’t track it, but the post company is already advised that they will make that order’s distribution”!!!
Ex: I have a Opus charger that on GB website is only marked as “pre-advised”, but it was already shipped to a post company related to Correos Line (Spain). Right now I now it is in the United Kingdom, then it will come to Spain, and then to Portugal.
