Well if DealExtreme can offer live chat support, then watch out for flying cows. It's finally here, just click on the invoice of one of your recent orders. It actually works and starts to connect. I didn't need it for anything (yet), but I will be using this very soon.

Hmm..I always thought DX had live support. I remember using it like 3 years ago when they sent me the wrong item.
The button was always there , but never working... no matter what time of the day it was.... always:

Please use Customer Service Express (CSE) for support. CSE offers a 48-hour (Mon-Fri) reply time.
No no, the first 5 days was completely operative, but you needed al least 15 minutes to be replied by Staff chat operators........ now seems....... caput
Probably was serviced by the same guy who puts specifications in DX and and this project has ended badly :P
Hm..., maybe that was bad luck. I used it twice already and got connected to Sophie within a minute.
