What are you drinking??

Currently available batch is 10% abv and I.B.U. is 51.1

Pepe Lopez tequila, chased with olive brine.

I’m drinking a V8 right now. Bought a case from Costco a couple of weeks ago and now I’m enjoying one.

Almost bought that as a chaser for yesterday night’s Sobieski but decided to go with grapefruit juice.

Definitely not equal to true freshly produced juice but better than most sodas or juice ‘coctails’ with high fructose corn syrup as a primary ingredient.

Tea or orange juice.
I don’t drink alcohol. Never have seen any benefit, but a lot of tragedy.

A few minutes ago i was sucking on this one, it is a bit thick not least when a bit of peach pass by.
But as a old speed drinker i know to just open up the throat and let whatever just run strait into the belly, only amateurs need to swallow making them slow to consume fluids.

Hah! My newest craze is cold brew. It is strange how different the flavor is (Hearkening to The Millers earlier post).

Nice!

Drinking a Bière de Noël from the LIDL
5,9% so failing on what I preceive as normal for Xmas beer (8 to 10%)
Coppery amber so that is barely OK I like Xmas beers darker but this is a correct color.
No distinct flavors or scents , very neutral, could be any amber beer, so another miss compared to Xmas beers.
But it was cheap and it is a decent beer, just forget about the name

Since I don’t drink soda other than unflavored sodium free seltzer, I don’t think a V8 every once in a while going to hurt me.

Unless the can falls off the top shelf and brains ya.

I like the “peppery” one. Dunno what it’s called. “V8 with pepper” for all I know.

This one? Sounds interesting…

Hmm, might be. Haven’t had it in a long while.

When bored, and when I have any V8 at all, I’ll scoop some black pepper into it. Kinda nasty if it just floats to the top and/or sinks to the bottom, so you gotta pretty much stir then sip, stir then sip, etc.

Might make an interesting Bloody Mary…

Dump some Trader Joe’s Green Dragon hot sauce in it instead.

I was thinking some kind of hot sauce, but to me, tomato and black pepper goes together very well.

I make “English-muffin pizzas” on occasion, ie, when I have all the stuff at once.

Toast the EMs first, else they take on that nasty yeasty taste/smell.

Lay down your choice of cheese (Murrcan, cheddar, mozz, jack, etc.).

Lay down a slice of tomato on each, roughly ¼” thick. Too thin will just dry out, too thick won’t cook through.

Scoop on the black pepper.

Toss into a toaster oven ’til the cheese is all melted, the edges of the EM are browned, and the tomato “skins over” all wrinkly.

It’s gooooood eatin’!

Maybe this?
