I have had problems with your order system. I tried to order the BLF Q8 and 4x button top 30Q. The coupons were correctly applied, but I received an error message when I tried to pay by card. When I tried again using PayPal, I got an ‘invalid argument’ error. But I just checked my emails, and there are two order confirmations.
It seems that separate order numbers were created each time for the two items, The numbers are 37050925 & 37050926, and the other order has the order numbers 37051046 & 37051047. Please can you cancel the second two order numbers (*46 & *47), so there should just be one order remaining in your system, for the two items mentioned.

EDIT: It might not be necessary - the order status is ‘Payment Declined’. Maybe because I tried to pay with UK debit card? I’m still surprised that an order was generated before the payment was successful. But can you please make sure that there is only one valid order (with the two order numbers *25 & *26)?
EDIT 2: The first order now appears as ‘Cancelled’, thanks. The status for the second two order numbers is ‘Payment Pending’, but I know from experience that it takes a while to update after paying with PP. All good!
I am wondering what you are going to do to address the issues with the Imalent DX80 chargers dying shortly after their first use. I am now one of those people and I am NOT able to use my very expensive light because of the horribly bad and poor quality chargers that were included with the DX80 and sold by Banggood to me/us
This was ordered last month on 19/09, dispatched on 20/09, and received today in Australia on 17/10. Posted by China Post, with the contents description not populated with anything! Very happy to receive them. Wished I had ordered more. Hopefully you guys will find alternate reliable shipping method to ship batteries to Australia, and other countries that you have currently stopped shipping to.

I don’t think I’ll be able to order any more flashlights until the batteries can be shipped with them (eg. ordering flashlights and batteries at the same time). Right now, I have to share my one and only Samsung INR18650-30Q among my (currently) few high-drain flashlights (or have to use non-high-drain 18650s…)
