I would always advise to get a Neutral White flashlight

For many of them you find coupons up to 40% in this forum

i was watching youtube videos and it looks like that this charger is charging only cell phones by using the battery… it can’t charge the battery

LOL you were more detailed and I didn’t know about the TN12 bundle :+1:

Can you give me a link so i can buy exactly what you bought?

It’s supposed to be a charger/powerbank. I briefly checked out this video where it is explained at around 6 minutes and 10 seconds: [video:]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pT6XZOvExjs[/video]

TN12 then add the charger and battery at the bottom

Works out cheaper to buy TC12 with included battery and built in charger.

I like neutral white. Looks more like sunlight. But cool white is brighter and looks more blue.

Shop around and look for the best price.

which charger should i choose? one for 17.95$ or 29.99$ ?

Go for the Thrunute C2 and 3400mah battery for 17.95

is this website safe to buy from?
it ships to all countries, right?
where i can check when will shipment arrive?

Yes it’s safe to buy from. They are a member/seller on this forum. You could message then and ask for a discount if you want. You could ask them about shipment time.

This is one of their sale threads.

Can you explain how this charger works?

PS will its strobe save me from wild hogs if they start charging at me?

Since you’re new and full of doubts and intending to buy a lithium-ion fashlight, it’s imperative that you read this.

The charger works like this: set the battery in the charger cradle then connect it with a micro-USB cable just like you would recharge your phone. When the LED is green, it’s fully charged and you can put it back in.

I don’t think it will, at least not for long. Your torch is a light source, not a proper weapon. Better find other means of protection.

Now, welcome to BLF! ^:-) And yes, the TN12 is a good torch, in fact the 2014 edition was my first 18650 torch. I know better alternatives for my uses now (Convoy with Biscotti), but it’s still got a nice spot in my collection as my only forward clicky with dual switch.

TC12 has build in charging, besides that almost the same as TN12.
No brainer, get the TC12 it charges good and safe and yo dont need to take out the cell for a long time

Onee more question.
This website hkequipment ships to all countries?
What have I enter in “county” section? I don’t live in the US.

The “county” thing is only if the country chosen is the US. Pick your own and there’ll be no option for that. At least it was when I first made a purchase, almost 2 years ago.

Also, fitting that this thread comes up not even an hour after I break the lens of my Convoy M1 and am now forced to return to my TN12 :frowning: Luckily I already had spare lenses in the mail, now they just have to arrive.

If you’re sticking with Thrunite get the Neutron 2C V3. Basically the same light but a little cheaper.

I entered my city name in the “county” and in the “city”.
I hope that’ll be ok. i ordered
btw when will shipment arrive? and how i can contact owners of that website if something goes wrong?

Out of curiosity which one did you get? The Neutron has an infinity step up from low to high, so I hope you got that one… I don’t know what the shipping time would be since it would partly depend on you country’s post office but HK ships pretty quickly. I’ve bought a few lights from them (on ebay) and never had an issue so I don’t know how to contact them.

TC12

btw i had to type “county” so i just typed name of my city there. Probably i should type region instead… but fuck it, i hope it will be okay.

Dang was hoping you got the Neutron. The high is 650 lumens instead of 450 for the TC12. And the Neutron ramps up from 12 lumen to 650 (meaning is slowly increase in brightness and you stop whenever you want as opposed to predefined jumps ) so if you wanted the same high mode as the TC12 you could just stop at around 450. You can removed the middle tube for the Neutron to get a smaller configuration and use a 18350 battery instead if you prefer a smaller size. Both come with the same battery and have usb recharging. Plus the Neutron was 15 bucks cheaper.
