*BLF LT1 Lantern Project) (updated Nov,17,2020)

I’m in for 2

That is definitely a good idea & possibility to have the Narsil firmware on the lantern, and definitely have the default set simple, a mode set with firefly-glow, moonlight, Low, Medium & High as the default mode set would be great, then have the other sets like the Q8 has as secondary hidden settings possible. As long as using the Narsil firmware don’t make the price go up then in all for it.

Interested in 2 please.

It shouldn’t make the price go up, since the Narsil firmware itself is free.

Its added to the idea list then to add to the lantern specs.

Interested in one.

I would like 4 please

* I will be doing more tests with the prototype using a full frosted globe lens, to compare with the current clear lens and inner diffuser lens set up currently in the lantern. ( also more photos coming soon)*

OOOPS! :zipper_mouth_face:

I just read the OP again, and it says that the lantern is expected to use a Nanjg/Qlite driver. If so, it wouldn’t actually be compatible with Narsil. To make it so would add a bit of manufacturing cost. Whether that would translate to a higher price for us, I don’t know.

Sorry if I’ve added confusion to this project. :person_facepalming:

interested!

The prototype has a Qlite driver, the production model can very easily by built using the Narsil driver, (only with the maximum output amps reduced for longer run times, & probably would be more feasible if the lantern lower body is designed around the Q8 body, (and not the SRK body)

i am interrest oke set on list

In for 1 please

Please add me to the interest list. Looking forward to seeing how this progresses.

Interested in 2

May I please express my interest in 2? Thank you!

I’m totally interested in 1.

Please sign me up for 1  Thank you.

I think it would be cool to have it “colored” like a Coleman green lantern color. That’s just me though.
