Ok, ok, ok, the DDos attack probably isn’t going to work out. So I will elaborate on my problem: ordered my F1 on October 7, Processing, processing, Started to bug GB and began receiving these responses—“phone number must be within 10 digits. Please correct”. I have a GB account and I have 5 or 6 orders right now in processing, packed, shipped and so on. All have the same personal info from my account. So what’s up with the BS stall tactics? No F1’s in stock? Then tell me that. I don’t mind waiting for an order from China but being told every night that I have to correct an error in my account that in fact doesn’t exist really pisses me off after awhile. Can’t seem to get through to them through the tickets. Either they don’t get it or they don’t care. JMO

Well I was told the light should/will be shipped within two weeks, as it is in back order. My mind set is that the light will eventually be shipped, so I’m fine with it. The odd thing is, as bushmaster mentioned in another post is that the F1 is currently on a flash sale, so it should be in stock.

Naaah, pretty far from happy I’d say.

every time I message them I just keep getting excuses and the same generic bullshit responses.

surely they have an idea of when they will be back in stock, if they had just said it may be a month before being back in stock i wouldnt mind, but they keep saying next week and then it changes every week!

I was not trying to tease you guys unnecessarily when I asked the question. It was because I received an email stating my order was shipped, so I thought everyone should be happy now. But I am not sure now since it looks like most of you guys’ orders are not shipped yet. Tracking number provided can’t be tracked yet.

Whats more upsetting is that i bet you purchased yours after i purchased mine. I would imagine ours will be shipped shortly if they are shipping now though.

I placed order on 30.10. and order is still in processing.
Not good.
I hope they will soon despatch it.
