The 35E are good cells but you want to avoid quick charging them here is what they look like charged at 1C (credits Pajda, endless sphere forums) :
No 3A charging if you want them to last more than a few uses !

I don't know them and would really appreciate that tech info.
Thank you!

How about a test on these cells… “Here”:Test of Samsung INR18650-35E 3500mAh (Pink)
@MtnDon,
The website http://lygte-info.dk belongs to BLF's HKJ
The link for that review on his website is:
http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Samsung%20INR18650-35E%203500mAh%20%28Pink%29%20UK.html
Your link doesn't seem to work (so I fixed it in my quote).
Best Regards,
George
Thanks George… I did not notice I messed up the copy of the link. :person_facepalming:
Samsung 35E specs here (not sure if this specsheet is the latest revision, as it’s not from Samsung website themselves)
442.91 KB
HKJ tested and reviewed them here:
Samsung INR18650-35E 3500mAh (Pink) [image] Official specifications: Nominal capacity: 3500mAh Minimum capacity: 3350mAh Nominal voltage: 3,6V - 3,7V Charging voltage: 4,2V Discharge current: 8A Maximum discharge current: 13A Charge current: 0,6C 2000mA Discharge end voltage: 2,65V Pluspol: FlatTop Chemistry: LiNiCoAlO2 Diameter: 18,55mm ± 0,1 Height: 65,25mm ± 0,15 Weight: 48g ± 1 [image] This is one of the new high capacity cells. [image…
Note however, that this offer is the button-top version (original Samsung has only flat-top version), so most likely, the reseller added a ‘button-top’ to make them compatible with some flashlights that only work with button-top cells.
Interesting note is that the specsheet specifically indicates ‘for cycle life’, it has to be charged at 1.02A only; and if charged at 2.0A, then it is ‘not for cycle life’ (it’s detrimental to cycle life?)
Discharged to 2.65v cut-off voltage (I notice for many >3000mAh branded 18650s, the cut-off voltage is rated at 2.50v)

Thanks!
But are you sure that those are the cells?
Because they don't have Top Button as M4D M4X said...
