[New Release] Mankerlight E05 II AL/Cu 1300 Lumen Highest Output Pocket EDC Flashlight in 14500/AA Class

Hard to get battery. I vote for a NiMH / 14500 type battery.

I very much like the Manker UI, including the long-press for off, mind that Manker does their timings right: the long-press for off is still pretty fast, works very smooth.

Great flashlight, typeC charging is great, I hope it does make use of the higher power by charging at 2 amps. I do not like Manker’s exterior designs much though…

U12 comes with a 4250 mah 20700 battery.

Manker, what is the charging current of the U12 ?

:+1:

Love battery life indicator with LED integrated into the switch. Kinda unsure about 20700 battery format so glad one will be included.

If I understand correctly and the charger is USB Type C in built where is the port located?

I like the idea of more 20700 lights. No **fires in that size, all quality Sanyo/Panasonics.

One click - double click - triple click for lockout is the same as previous Manker lights. However, is the firmware for this the same as well? I’ve got great trouble realising this sequence on my MK34, and other people have trouble with their lights as well. It feels like if I’m just 0.01 second off, then it does not work. It should be more forgiving.
Other than that, this new light seems like a champion! :sunglasses:

LOVE IT  I want one of these!
Love the UI as well! Having that Double Click for turbo is top for me :sunglasses:
Knowing Manker quality (from my E11) this will be a great light! Is it available yet?

Just wait till 20700 becomes mainstream and you’ll start seeing 12000mAh **fires in that size. :smiling_imp:

They are already using single click to switch between output modes, so how can they also use it to switch the light off?

Hello Manker,

Will a 21700 cell fit in this light?

I don’t like the UI at all, I had one manker before and every time I wanted to quickly change between modes entered in strobe mode by accident.

Well, on this U12, if I understood correctly the diagram, with a double click the least you can do is enter the second group, that starts on Turbo. So, double click from ON or OFF goes to turbo!
I have Manker E11 and rarely entered Strobe by clicking 2 times, unless I really wanted to get strobe. Their timing is really nice on that, I admit!!

I find it much too easy to accidentally fall into the 2nd group while cycling through the 1st group, this double clic to change groups is very irritating in practice, i don’t use my Manker U11 and won’t buy another flashlight with the Maker UI because of that.

Clic and hold for 2 seconds would solve the problem.

That would be a completely different light! Like an Manker E11, with the addition of USB-C charging.

Thanks! U12 is available now, you can check on www.mankerlight.com

Thanks Manker.
Will there be any discount for BLF? Or any group buy?

I like the simple design. I like the battery indicator also. Should be a standard…then you dont need bat check in UI. What i dont like or understand is why programmung is taken away on the never models. And this time regulated step down…bummer. should be temp regulated.if you have the bat check in button you can estimate your usage time and run the lamp hard in cooler weather or something…
