Titanium is 65% heavier than aluminum. But an aluminum light has internal parts of aluminum, copper, steel, et cetera. So does a titanium light. And the same battery goes in, of course.
Don’t forget titanium is much stronger than aluminium and can thus be made thinner for the same amount of strength. Aluminium might be lighter (lower density), but looking at total weight for the strength needed titanium is the better option (except for cost of course).
None of this applies in this instance though, as the head seems to be made out of the much heavier copper for better heat sinking and dissipation.
Nice review with lots of photos I also bought the youth version and the kids version recently during the 11.11 and BF sales. My main issue is the lack of wall holder for the bluetooth remote, so I am constantly looking for it when I get into the two rooms where they are fitted. Have you come across any wall mounted holder that is suitable for the remote?
There are ring magnets you can screw on the wall or furniture. countersunk ring magnets . Add a metal plate on the remote with double sided tape (or open the remote and add a magnet inside).
You can fix that ring magnet even on the underside of a shelf
Or you glue a strong magnet under a nice pice of wood and fix that on the wall
